Spicy Broccoli
Description:
A fabulous side dish!
Ingredients:
This dish is gorgeous green and firecracker spicy. It's delicious served hot or cold. Enjoy it tossed into your salad bowl with crisp lettuce, cherry tomatoes and sweet red peppers.
1 T vegetable oil
4 C broccoli florets
1/4 C vegetable broth or water
1/2 tsp salt
2 T Thai Kitchen Red Chili Dipping Sauce
Instructions:
1. In a hot wok or skillet, heat vegetable oil for 1 minute over medium high heat and then add broccoli.
2. Toss until bright green; add vegetable broth and cover tightly. Reduce heat to medium and cook 2 to 3 minutes, until tender crisp.
3. Uncover and add salt and the red chili dipping sauce, toss well and transfer to a serving dish.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
