Quick Miso Soup
Ingredients:
1/2 scallion, chopped
1" piece Emerald Cove Wakame
1/4 C cubed tofu
Water or stock
2 tsp miso
Instructions:
Simmer first three ingredients in water or stock. Dissolve miso in small amount of water and add after removing soup from heat. Do not boil miso.
