Tropical Rum Tonic
Description:
The combination of rums adds spice notes and a coconut twist that intriguingly counterbalances the bitter and bracing flavor of tonic.
Ingredients:
1 oz spiced or tropical flavored rum
1/2 oz coconut rum
3 oz chilled tonic water
Garnish: lime wedge and parasol, if desired
Instructions:
Fill an Old-Fashioned glass with ice. Add rums. Top with tonic and stir gently. Garnish with lime and parasol, if desired.
