Firecracker Marinade
Description:
A great zippy sauce for grilling.
Ingredients:
1/4 C balsamic vinegar
1/4 C chili sauce
1/4 C packed brown sugar
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp fresh parsley, minced
1/4 tsp ground ginger, or 1 tsp fresh gingerroot, minced
1/4 to 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 to 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Brush over food while grilling.
