Spinach Dip
Description:
Great for a cracker or veggie tray!
Ingredients:
1 pkg (10 oz) spinach, chopped (cook/drain)
1 C water chestnuts (drain/chop)
1 pkg Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
1 C mayonnaise (vegan)
8 oz sour cream (vegan)
Instructions:
Mix all and refrigerate.
Serve on crackers or with fresh cut veggies.
