Super Mama Soy Smoothie

A quick nutritional blast to keep you multitasking with ease all morning long!
Ingredients:
2 C ORGANIC VALLEY Vanilla Soymilk
1/2 C blueberries (rich in antioxidants)
2 medium bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
1 T flaxseeds (great source of fiber and omega-3 fatty acid)
1 T raw almonds (rich in protein, Vitamin E and essential fatty acids)
Instructions:
Whirl all the ingredients in a blender until smooth (up to 5 minutes, as flax seeds require extra time).
