Brocamole Dip

Description:

Like guacamole, but for those who don\'t like avocado.


Ingredients:

2 C chopped fresh broccoli, cooked and chilled
1/4 C light sour cream
1 T dried minced onion
1 T fat-free mayonnaise
2-3 T lemon juice
1/4-1/2 tsp chili powder

Instructions:

In a food processor or blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for several hours. Serve dip with fresh vegetables or baked tortilla chips. Yield: 6 servings.
