Instructions:

I saw the idea for this in a magazine.
Basically, make the bottom layer of your shephard's pie (I use veggie ground round, ketchup, veggies, and vegan worcestershire sauce. A mixture of lentils/beans/etc would work lovely, too).
Instead of spreading the mashed potatos out on top, pile it on in little mounds, one mound for each serving. Make 'em kind of ghost shaped, but they don't have to be artistic or anything. Press two peas into each one to make eyes. Bake as usual. Ta-da!
