[Daniel] Meals Alone, Night #9
After a couple nights of eating non-Daniel made food, I decided to make Mac & Cheese, lightly modified. I followed most of the recipe, save for baking it in the oven, as that really doesn't seem to do much and just makes more dishes.All in all, it turned out well. No big messes, the sauce thickened up well after cooling for a bit (a common difficulty in vegan cooking) and it was tasty. As always, a picture of the result.
