[Daniel] Frustration

Today was supposed to be a good day. Today was NOT a good day.

Today was supposed to be a day 5 months (for me) and longer (for others) in the making. Today, at work, we were going to relaunch LJWorld, Lawrence.com and KU Sports. Thanks to a planned but poorly announced network outage, that did not happen.

Today, I was supposed to fix some rather complex code and make our designers' lives (especially Mr. Turner) easier. Today, I failed at to accomplish that.

And today, I was going to post cute videos of Mini Me and Number Two on Vimeo and share them in this space. But all three videos came out too dark and quiet to see much or get anything out of them. This is perhaps the worst of the three, as the time when they are this size and doing these things is limited. And that's another chance to capture that lost.

I need a Nerf gun so I can go on a rampage. Not a good day at all.
