[Moriah] The Cooking Demo Went Well!

Well, my vegetarian cooking demo is done...and it went very well. It was a very tiny crowd (only my mom, Daniel, a co-worker and one customer) but it was fun and everyone learned something new. And hey, how could we argue with all the food we got to sample? I mean, come on, fresh organic vegetable soup, veggie sloppy joes and a chocolate pudding pie on a cold night. How could it go wrong? We were all so involved with everything that the demo went on for nearly 2 hours instead of one! Hopefully I'll get to do another class in the spring for a little larger crowd and I'll be able to cover more ground. We'll see!



Now that the cooking class is over, it's time to get back to the grind with homework. Blah. Whee, I get to study blood and guts for First Aid and work on a huge marketing project for another class. Fun fun, let me tell ya.
