[Moriah] Pet Sitters Int'l Member!

Yay, I am now a member of Pet Sitters International! I am officially starting my business, Furry Kids Pet Sitting & Dog Walking. I am hoping it brings fun and excitement for the animals I pet sit for or walk, as well as for me.

In other news, I can't wait for Spring Break; can't wait, can't wait, can't wait!!! 18 days in counting...

[Daniel] Doom 3 Complete

As of 4:00pm yesterday, the Cyberdemon fell. My impressions of the game are somewhat mixed, a lot more than I would like. Since there are plenty of reviews out there and most people who read this likely won't care, I'll just give a couple of my thoughts. Sadly, those will come later as I just ran out of time.

[Moriah] Lots Of Schoolwork

Life has been busy. School still sucks with all the homework I have. The weather...don't even get me started on the weather. I just finished my second vegetarian cooking class last week Tuesday. It went very well. Everyone loved the food and was very excited to learn about meat substitutes and what it means to be vegetarian and vegan. I'm not sure if I'll teach another one before we move, but the first two were great experiences. Now that the class is done I can go back to focusing on homework...and preparing to begin my pet sitting business - Furry Kids Pet Sitting & Dog Walking. I've already become a member of Pet Sitters International. March 1st I'll be able to sign up for my Pet Sitting Accreditation class. I'm looking forward to that. Until then, I'm reading up on the pet sitting forum on PSI's site and trying to get myself organized so I can start as soon as possible after graduation. So, that's about it for now. Until next time...

[Daniel] Snow-Wolf: XHTML 1.0 & CSS

The astute will notice the poll is gone and some changes were made in the badges area. I'm tired of HTML and wanted to move our entire site to XHTML 1.0. As a result, most pages you visit on this site are W3C valid XHTML 1.0 and use W3C valid CSS. These are important web standards and I think they should be followed as closely as possible. The poll will return once I have cleaned up everything to be XHTML compliant.

[Moriah] Busy New Year

So a lot has happened in the last few weeks. School has started again, I've had some health problems, winter still sucks, blah blah blah. Nothing like jumping into the new year with a bang! Anyway, I'm preparing to teach another vegetarian cooking class next Tuesday evening. Should be fun. I'll have an actual kitchen to work in this time so I can make full meals! Other than that, I'm busy with homework, work and trying to keep some sanity in my life. We tried going out skateboarding in the parking lot last night. We skated for about 30-45 minutes, but it was cold and damp and I practically froze to death, so we went back inside. (sigh) Does the cold ever end?

[Daniel] The Verdict

I like my Intro to Marketing, Ops Management and Networking classes very much. Interesting, fun and not so much busy work. Distributed IS Projects is not bad but does not seem as good as the others. However, I can not speak

as well for my Strategic Management or Global Management classes. Were they not required for my major, I would not take them. But everything is required so I don't really have much choice.

Enough crabbing, there's a new version of Tan Plan in the wild! Hit it up!
